Shipping + Delivery
The amount of love and care that we place into each order takes time. Given the pandemic, most items will be complete and ready for shipment (ship date) in approximately 10 business days. Please note the day you place your order counts as Day 0. Items generally arrive at their desired location within 5-7 business days of ship date depending on the selected shipping method. Shipping carriers may experience delays that are beyond the estimated arrival date. Fiesta Kits USA has no control over shipping carrier delays. All delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary. In the unlikely event of a delay, we will inform you by e-mail. We thank you for your patience as we prioritize health and well-being before shipping items.
Fiesta Kits USA, LLC reserves the right to select an alternate carrier or shipping method (different from the carrier selected by you at checkout) so long as it does not result in:
- An additional charge to you the customer;
- The order being delayed beyond the parameters set forth on this page.
If you are ordering in bulk, your items may ship in multiple boxes.
Fiesta Kits USA is pleased to ship our products internationally. It is essential to note the following: 1) Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply; 2) Fiesta Kits USA is not responsible for delays due to customs.
As a reminder, if you are in another country other than the United States of America, you are responsible for any taxes, customs fees, or other amounts levied by your home country. Please check with your customs office/or postal service if you are concerned about possible tariffs. Fiesta Kits USA is not responsible for these fees. We are not responsible if your package gets held in customs because the buyer or recipient has not paid those taxes, customs fees, or other amounts levied by a different country.
If your package is in customs and not picked up by you (or the recipient) within a reasonable amount of time, customs will ship it back to us. We are not responsible for this occurring, and you will not receive a refund. If you would then like your package shipped back out to you, you will need to pay for shipping again.
Shipping + Delivery (Holidays)
During the holiday season (November 19 - December 31, 2020), it will take 14 business days for your item to be ready for shipment (ship date). Most orders will ship by the 10th business day, but, you should prepare for delays given the busy season.
For USA purchases, we recommend submitting orders by December 10 so you may receive your items by December 31st. Even if you order before December 10, Fiesta Kits USA does not guarantee shipping carrier timelines. During the holiday season, there can be shipping carrier delays due to volume, lousy weather, and situations that are beyond our control.
For international purchases, please submit orders by November 19 as international transit time (with customs and so forth) can take up to 21 days. Even if you order before November 19th, Fiesta Kits USA does not guarantee shipping carrier timelines. During the holiday season, there can be shipping carrier delays due to volume, lousy weather, and situations that are beyond our control.
We are not able to update or change shipping methods or options once an order has been placed.
Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds unless it is due to a manufacturing defect. In the unlikely event of a manufacturing defect, Fiesta Kits USA, LLC must be notified at email@example.com of the product defect within two Business Days. If a product is deemed defective, a complete inspection of the product(s) returned will take place to determine the authentication of a request. Upon approval of your claim, your replacement will be processed for ground shipping.
Digital items (all printables) are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
Damaged during shipping. In the unlikely event your item(s) is damaged during transit, please notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org within two Business Days. Upon approval of your claim, your replacement item will be processed for ground shipping.
Lost product during shipping. If your tracking information says the item was delivered, but you cannot locate it, please call the shipping provider listed on your confirmation e-mail. Please provide them with all the information you have. We do not take responsibility for lost or stolen packages.
Incorrect shipping address. Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address prior to shipping. Changes cannot be made once an order is completed online. If your order was shipped to the wrong address due to an input error on your end, we do not take responsibility. As a courtesy, if the item is sent back to us, we will re-ship it to you. However, a re-shipping fee, at the ground shipping rate, will be applied to the order.Completed Orders
Once your order is placed online, it cannot be canceled or modified for any reason.
Due to variations in print material or computer monitor settings, we cannot guarantee your color will be an exact match. Color variance should be expected. Colors may vary on different materials. For example, ordering a ceramic mug to match a glass mug – The materials are entirely different and may vary in color even when submitting the same color.
The images of our products shown on www.FiestaKitsUSA.com and on our social media channels are for illustrative purposes only. Due to variations in print material or computer monitor settings, we cannot guarantee your color will be an exact match. Color variance and size of image designs should be expected.
Approximate sizes, weights, measurements
Although we make every effort to be as accurate as possible, sizes, weights, capacities, dimensions, and measurements are approximate only. We cannot guarantee that the display of the device on which you are accessing our website will accurately display the colors or quality of our products.
